This is a Beautiful Diamond White Strapless Satin Fit-N-Flare dress! It is extremely flattering!! I just picked it up from Here Comes the Bride handmade from the designer herself. It has never been worn and has the tags still on it.
The back is absolutely Gorgeous--the buttons shape your back and tuck under your behind. Again, it is Extremely Flattering!!
The belt is optional. You could tie it in your hair. You can also alter it so it doesn't tie in the back as well. In the picture, I have kept plastic over the jeweled belt so it doesn't get dirty.
Also, if you live in San Diego, Here Comes the Bride will do your alterations!
