This dress is brand new, never been worn. I ended up going with a different style and designers don't take returns! The dress is a factory size 2 with no alterations, and it was cut to fit me from hollow to hem. I am 5'4" and was planning to wear ballet flats with it (or be barefoot, my wedding is on a farm).
